Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be in like-new condition, including all components, accessories, and packaging.
Products that have been damaged, modified, or altered may not qualify for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Used adhesive backed components (such as FSR sensor strips).
Return Process
Contact Support
Before returning an item, please contact our support team at support@elevatedsensors.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.Prepare Your Return
Pack the product securely, including all original components and packaging. Clearly label the package with the provided RMA number.Shipping the Return
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us safely.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement.
Exceptions
If your product becomes defective after the return window but is within the 90-day warranty period, please see our Warranty Policy for guidance.
